Working under this model, Blackwell will reserve infrastructure and resources exclusively for the customer for a predefined time frame. Unlike staff augmentation, our team works at the Blackwell development center using Blackwell's development resources. Customers do not have to take on the cost of providing work space and resources for our consultants. The customer does not need to make long-term investments in development hardware or software. Moreover, we assign a Project Manager to manage the members of each project team, reducing the customer's management overhead.
